How to solve the problem of IP not being able to renew

For IPs that are in normal or expired status, the renewal button is grayed out. When we place the mouse on the question mark next to the operation, we can see the reason for the failure to renew: offline or purchased by others

  • Offline: The IP will be offline after expiration. If the IP is currently valid, it can still be used normally, but it cannot be renewed

  • Purchased by others: Usually occurs after the IP expires. After the IP expires, all users can purchase the IP. Renewing before the IP expires can avoid this situation
