If the user returns the order payment due to order disputes, LunaProxy will deduct the original feedback points according to the amount of the returned order payment.
If the user has used the points flow before the corresponding points are accumulated, and there are not enough points in the points account for deduction, the points account will be negative for the current year, and the user will accumulate new points based on the orders placed by the account to offset.
If a user maliciously places orders, LunaProxy has the right to cancel his/her eligibility to participate in the points reward program and freeze or clear his/her existing available points; if the above situation occurs and is effectively handled, the account returns to normal and the points will no longer be refunded.
