1. Dynamic residential proxy and long-term ISP
After purchasing a dynamic residential proxy or long-term ISP proxy, if you need to extend the validity period, purchase a package of the same type at any price before the traffic expires. The system will automatically add the validity period of the new package to your existing validity period.
Example 1:
A user purchased a 120GB dynamic residential proxy on June 1, which is valid for 30 days and expires on July 1. After using it for 10 days, he found that he could not consume 120GB of traffic in a month, so he purchased a 5GB dynamic residential proxy with a validity period of 30 days. Then the validity period of all traffic in the user's account will be extended from July 1 to July 31.
Example 2:
A user purchased a 350GB long-term ISP proxy with a validity period of 30 days. There are 300GB left, but it will expire in 3 days. So he purchased a 10GB long-term ISP proxy again. Then the validity period of this 310GB of traffic will be extended to 33 days.
2. Unlimited residential proxy
Unlimited residential proxy is charged according to the duration. If you need to extend the validity period, you can directly purchase the corresponding duration. For example, if you want to extend it for 30 days, you can directly purchase a 30-day unlimited residential proxy.
3. Static residential proxy and static data center proxy
Static I P is different from the above-mentioned dynamic IP extension method. It is necessary to renew the IP in the IP management interface.
For example, a user purchased a 30-day static residential proxy and wants to renew it for another 30 days. As shown in the figure, first enter the static residential IP management interface and click the corresponding renewal button on the right side of the IP.
Secondly, select the support method and renewal duration, click payment, and the renewal is successful when the payment is successful.
The renewal button is gray and cannot be clicked to renew.
As shown in the figure, the renewal button is gray for IPs with normal or expired status. We put the mouse on the question mark next to the operation and see the reason for the failure to renew: offline or purchased by others.
Offline: means that the IP will be offline after expiration. If the IP is currently within the validity period, it can still be used normally, but it cannot be renewed.
Purchased by others: usually occurs after the IP expires. After the IP expires, all users can purchase the IP. Renewing before the IP expires can avoid this situation.
